(r)- site, (r) = reset。
是持续进行的r-site系列中的第一个项目，随着时间的推移，每一期将针对不同艺术家、建筑师或设计师的思考实践来进行延伸探讨。

当人们一点点移动着的时候，周围的物质会很自然地像寒冷地表上洁白的雪花一样堆积起来，而这种堆积正在定义着我们的自身和我们的工作。
如果，当我们冲刷掉这些堆积物并暴露出其最原始的表面时，会发生什么？也许可以将这种方式看作“重置（reset）”。
一旦收集到新的数据，结果将如何变化？还是什么都没有改变呢？r-site[1]（r=reset）试图通过对艺术家东地雄一郎进行三个步骤的介入来调查这些问题。
第一步，标题为“距离”，开始向外侧（外围）推进，由六个概念来进行说明，这六个概念逐渐地将新旧事物分开，在艺术家和发起人（内部）的一系列的讨论和评论中得以发展。
这些探索最终将被收录到限量版（10册）的书籍中，这本书将以视觉的方式记录第一阶段创造的距离，同时也以一个公共展览的方式，来展示至今所发现的新的逻辑。

これは引き続き進捗中であるr-siteシリーズのうち、一番目のプロジェクトです。これから皆様と一緒に、毎回違うアーティスト、建築家やデザイナーたちの見解や実践活動について更に研究し、話し合うことになります。

私たちが前進するにつれて、物質は自然に冷たい表面に鮮明な白い雪のように蓄積し、この蓄積が私たちとその仕事を定義するようになります。
この蓄積をはがして元の表面を露出させると結果はどうなりますか？これらを「リセット」呼びます。新しく情報が入力されると、結果はどうなりますか？何が変わりますか？
なにも変わらないのですか？r-SITE [1] (r = reset)は、これらの質問を探索しようとします。探索は、アーティストである東地雄一郎の実行に、3段階の介入プロセスを通します。
そのプロセスは、「distance」というタイトルとして示され、最初のステップは、アーティストとファシリテーターの間の一連の対話とフィードバックの中で開発されました。
新しい結果を古いものから徐々に分離する7つの概念によって、最初の押し出し（入力）を内側から外側へ向けます。
これらの探索は、新しく発見されたロジックを示す公開展示と、最終的に限定版の本に絞り込まれ、第1段階で作成された”distance”を視覚的に文書化するように機能します。

This is the first project within the ongoing r-site series, which will focus on the practice of a different artist, architect, or designer for each issue.
As we move forward, material naturally accumulates like crisp white snow on a cold surface, and this accumulation is what comes to define us and our work.
What happens, therefore, when we brush this accumulation away and expose the original surface? A ‘reset’, so to speak. How will the results change once new data is gathered? What wont change?
r-SITE [1] (r = reset) attempts to investigate these questions through a three step intervention into the practice of Yuichiro Higashiji.
The first step, titled ‘distance’, makes the initial push outward, illustrated by six concepts which incrementally separate the new from the old, developed within a series of discussions and critiques between artist and curator [internal].
These explorations will ultimately be filtered into a limited edition book which acts to document visually the distance created in the first phase, along with a public exhibition in demonstrating the newly found logic.
